Del Taco
Del Taco uses brightly colored outdoor lights to lure in their customers. However, once inside, the lighting inside usually appears far too sharp, and feels harsh on my eyes. Whenever I eat there, I tend to seat myself in the corner in an effort to reduce the amount of light exposure my retinas receive. If Del Taco used warmer light tones, it could create a friendlier, more comfortable atmosphere.

Nice post. It generally takes more money, or maybe it is just more thought, to create an ambiance and Del Taco probably does not pay the people to do that kind of thought, but as in your post, it would probably increase the business.
